一、Change request
(一) agricultural diesel engine. For diesel engine products approved by the third phase of the emission of pollutants in China, the following requirements can be changed in accordance with the following requirements.

四, the implementation of time
(一) from now until April 1th,2016 , the Ministry of agriculture to accept the acceptance of the Ministry of agricultural products within the validity of the third phase of the information change applications, no longer accepted overdue.
(二) the application for the promotion of the second phase of the emission of agricultural diesel engine products in China from now on.
(三) at the ministerial level to promote the identification of the effective period of tractor products involved in the third phase of the diesel engine emissions of information change applications.
(四) from October 1, 2015 onwards, no longer accept supporting China's second phase of the extension of the Ministry of agricultural tractors to promote the identification of agricultural tractors.
(五) from April 1, 2016 onwards, no longer accept supporting China's second phase of the emission of diesel engines and other agricultural machinery to promote the application of the ministerial level.
五, other instructions
